Editorial Mission
Helthro is committed to publishing accurate, evidence-based, and accessible health information for the public. Our editorial team comprises qualified health journalists, medical reviewers, and content specialists.
Content Standards
All content published on Helthro must: be based on credible, peer-reviewed sources; be reviewed by subject matter experts where appropriate; clearly distinguish between news reporting, opinion, and sponsored content; and be free from conflicts of interest that could compromise objectivity.
Source Standards
We cite peer-reviewed journals, established health organisations (WHO, ICMR, CDC), government health data, and named expert sources. Anonymous sourcing is used only when necessary for safety and is subject to editorial approval.
Corrections Policy
We correct factual errors promptly. Corrections are noted inline with a clear correction notice including the original error and the corrected information. We do not silently remove or alter published content.
Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made solely by our editorial team. Advertisers and sponsors have no influence over content creation, placement, or editorial judgments.
Sponsored Content
Sponsored or partner content is clearly labelled. It is subject to the same factual accuracy standards as editorial content but represents the views of the sponsoring organisation.
Editorial Complaints
To raise a complaint regarding published content, contact our editorial team at editor@helthro.com. We respond to substantive complaints within 10 business days.
