Subscriptions
Helthro offers paid subscription plans for premium content access. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial periods.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances: technical failure preventing access for more than 72 hours; accidental duplicate charge; billing errors on our part. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge via support@helthro.com.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not provided for: change of mind after access has been granted; failure to cancel before the renewal date; partial use of the subscription period.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
