Our services at "www.healthboat.org" ("Website") consists of both paid and unpaid services. The unpaid services will be free of charge and for paid services the website clearly reflects subscription amount or specific amount to be paid by the registered user.
Our endeavour is to deliver the best services and hassle-free experience to you through our website. However, there could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you due to some technical faults the services you requested might not be available or payment made by you might get failed. Our team will immediately plunge into action and any payment made for any of the services available on our website will be made to you. In case Health Boat receives any payment for which services are not made available to you, then in such circumstances Health Boat will ensure the refund of payment. If for any reason you do not satisfied with the services availed on our website, then please get in touch with our Customer Service team for an appropriate resolution.
We will try our best to provide the services to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational issues then we will provide full refund of the same. In all such circumstances, before using the services available on the website, please get in touch through any of the below mentioned channels with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same:

Upon receiving Your complaint for payment issues, Health Boat shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Health Boat is convinced that the complaint is genuine, our team will provide the requisite solution. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints, Health Boat reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Health Boat in this regard.
Health Boat will provide one or more payment methods to use the services available on the website. You authorize us to charge any payment method associated to your account in case your primary payment method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee.
If the payment is not successful due to the expiration or insufficient amount or otherwise or you do not cancel your account then we may suspend your access to the service until we are successfully charged a valid payment method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
Health Boat shall not be liable in any manner with respect to any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly due to decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by Health Boat with participant bank from time to time.
Cancellation by Health Boat
There may be certain services that Health Boat is unable to accept and must cancel. Health Boat reserves the right at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any services from the website. Health Boat may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order from you. Health Boat will contact Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card / Your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card / Your account.
Cancellation by the User
The User may make a request to cancel the order within 24 hours of order placed for the services. In case of requests for order cancellation by you, Health Boat reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Health Boat receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Health Boat, Health Boat shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time. Health Boat will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Health Boat has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Health Boat and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
In the event the refund is duly accepted by Health Boat, the value of such services, as originally paid by You, will be refunded to You. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment or the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds directly into Your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide You with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following:
- Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by Health Boat;
Changes in Cancellation & Refund Policy
Health Boat may at its sole discretion update the cancellation & refund policy at any time. You are required to visit the page persistently for the change in cancellation & refund policy and go through the policy before making any payment.
